I cant see anything that shows it can work,does work or should work.

I'm with Ion on this one. The concept of water being alive or dead is certainly "interesting", but the description/explanation given wouldn't pass muster in a high school chemistry class.
I'm very open-minded when it comes to new/alternative technologies, but nothing I read here seems to make any logical sense when it comes to "changing the molecular structure" of water.
Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware.
